Personal budget, kept in balance

Take control of your monthly cash flow.

Oricalo gives you a clear, calm picture of your money. Write down what you spend each day, plan your fixed income and expenses, and watch your savings grow.

Most budgeting apps keep two things apart: your fixed plan (salary and regular expenses) and what you really spent. Oricalo puts them together into a month-by-month view, so you always know how much you will save and where your balance is going.

Day to day

See exactly where your money goes.

Write down what you spend in seconds. Oricalo sorts it into categories, compares it with your budgets and keeps your whole month on one calm screen.

  • At-a-glance overview. Your whole month on one screen: how much is left to spend, your main numbers, how your balance is moving, and your latest entries.
  • Daily expenses & income. Write down what you spend and earn each day, with a category and a note, in seconds.
  • Categories & charts. See exactly where your money goes, with a breakdown by category and clear charts.
  • Monthly budgets. Set a budget for each category each month, then compare it with what you spent. Months that go over show in red.

Plan ahead

Know your balance before the month even starts.

Set up your salary and regular bills once. Oricalo adds each one on the right date, reminds you before an expense is due and lays out all twelve months, so you can see what you will save.

  • Recurring & expense reminders. Set up repeating income and expenses once. Oricalo adds each one on the right date and reminds you before an expense is due, by bell, email or phone notification. It even reminds you when to service your car, and shows the cost before it arrives.
  • Monthly cashflow plan. See your fixed and repeating income and expenses across all twelve months at once.
  • Savings & balance. Oricalo works out how much you save each month, and how much you have put aside so far this year.

Ready for AI assistants

Just ask your AI assistant. It knows your budget.

Oricalo works with Claude, ChatGPT and other AI assistants. Connect one, then ask in a chat how much you spent on food this month or which bills are coming up - or tell it what you just paid. It answers from your own Oricalo figures.

  • Ask about your money: what you spent this month, how each budget is doing, what is left in an account and which bills are due next.
  • Tell it what you paid - "€12 for lunch" - and it books the entry to the right category and account. Your open app updates straight away.
  • Only what you allow: you approve the connection, can keep it read-only, and can disconnect it in one press. It never sees your password or your billing.
  • Anything it deletes waits in Recently deleted for 30 days, so a mistake can always be undone.
  • Part of the Plus plan - and of its free trial.

Accounts, savings & debts

Every account, pot and loan in one place.

Follow the balance of each wallet, bank account and card, put money aside in named pots, and watch your debts count down to zero.

  • Money accounts. Give every entry a home: wallet, bank or card. Each balance updates as money comes in, goes out, or moves between them.
  • Savings pots. Split your savings into named pots: a holiday, a new laptop, money for emergencies. Watch each one grow towards its target.
  • Debt payoff. Keep loans, cards and mortgages in one place. Add each payment and watch every balance fall towards zero. Oricalo estimates the date you will be debt free.

Together

One budget for two, in your own currency.

Invite your partner to share the same budget with their own login, and see every amount in the currency and format you are used to.

  • Share with your partner. On Plus you can invite your partner to share one budget. You each have your own login, and you can both add and change entries.
  • Your currency. Pick any currency, and whether the symbol goes before or after the number. Every amount follows it.

Everywhere

In your pocket, even without a signal.

Oricalo is built for the phone as much as for the desktop. Install it from your browser in one tap, and keep adding entries on the bus or in the shop - they sync by themselves.

  • Works great on your phone. Every screen is built for a small display too. Adding what you spent and checking your balance on your phone feels natural, not squeezed.
  • Install it like an app (PWA). Add Oricalo to your home screen and it opens in its own window, like any other app. No app store, no download.
  • Works offline, syncs itself. No signal on the bus or in the shop? Keep going. Oricalo opens with your latest numbers and saves new entries on your phone. As soon as you are back online it sends them up, and brings down anything you changed on another device.
